We are a small studio in Sydney and Melbourne building eight products with university, TAFE and not-for-profit partners. We hire slowly, keep teams small, and expect people to work directly with the practitioners who use what we make.

Senior product engineer
Front-of-stack work across SimChoices and Strategy Spaces. You will sit in on partner sessions, watch people use what you built, and change it accordingly. Comfortable owning a product surface end to end.

Three conversations, no take-homes.
We do not set unpaid work. If a task is genuinely needed, it is scoped, timeboxed and paid at a contractor rate.
A conversation
Forty-five minutes about your work and ours. No whiteboard, no puzzles. We will tell you honestly whether the fit looks real before asking for more of your time.
Working session
Two hours on a real problem from a current partnership, with two of the team. Paid. You keep whatever you produce.
Meet a partner
A conversation with one of the practitioners we build for. They get a say, because you will be working with them directly.
