Design
Challenge framing, team composition, judging criteria and a schedule that accounts for people fading on day two.

Run
Infrastructure ready before anyone arrives. Mentors circulate. Teams push to a shared gallery so progress is visible throughout.

Land
Judging, a written record of every prototype, and a realistic assessment of which ideas could survive contact with production.

Not-for-profits, charities, community organisations, purpose-driven bodies and education partners pay substantially less than the rates above. Community and grassroots groups are frequently charged nothing at all. Commercial engagements fund that work, which is the whole model.
