Robots that survive
the real
site.
Getting robotic systems from a working demonstration into an environment with dust, interruptions, poor connectivity and people who did not ask for a robot. Deployment, integration, safety and the training that makes it stick.
What the work involves.
Three stages. We will tell you at any point if we think the engagement is not worth continuing.
-
Survey
Time on site understanding the physical environment, the workflow the robot enters, and who will be near it. Most failures are environmental, not technical.
-
Integrate
Connecting the platform to your existing systems, with fallback behaviour when connectivity or sensors degrade.
-
Operate
Fleet monitoring, update paths, fault escalation, and training so your staff run it without calling us.
“The demo always worked. It was the loading dock at 6am that broke it, and that is what they came to look at.”
When to call us.
If your situation is not here, ask anyway. We would rather say no early than take work we cannot do well.
- A pilot robot that never left the pilot
- Multi-site rollout of a proven platform
- Integrating robotics with existing operational systems
- Safety and compliance documentation for deployment
Significant discounts, and gratis for some.
Not-for-profits, charities, community organisations, purpose-driven bodies and education partners pay substantially less than the rates above. Community and grassroots groups are frequently charged nothing at all. Commercial engagements fund that work, which is the whole model.
